One of My Connectors Isn’t Updating. What Do I Do?

If one of your data sources isn't updating, check your "Connections" in the "Accounts Management" located as an option within the blue user profile icon on the top right. If a connection is active, you will see a green checkmark.

If an initial import is currently in progress, your data will be completely imported within 24-72 hours. 

If an import is not in progress and your data is still not updating, please reach out to us at support@purvey.ai
