Active Subscriptions: Total number of customer Subscribe & Save subscriptions at the end of the selected time period.

Advertising: Total advertising spent for the applicable period of time and channel.

Average Offer Count: Average number of unique product listings with inventory and available for sale for the applicable period of time and channel.

Cost of Goods Sold (COGS): Total landed cost of a product.

Conversion: The percentage of visits to product pages that convert to a sale for the applicable period of time and channel.

Cost Per Click (CPC): The cost per click for an advertising campaign.

Cost Per Mille (CPM): The cost for every 1,000 impressions an ad receives. 

Featured Offer: The percentage of offers in-stock with the buy box for the applicable period of time and channel.

Fulfillment Fees: Cost of pick, pack and ship from the applicable marketplace in which products are selling under consignment (e.g. Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, Shopify Fulfillment).

Glance Views: Customer views of a product detail page.

Gross Margin: Percentage value of the sales using loaded Cost of Goods Sold COGS less the applicable channel selling fees (Referral Fees & Fulfillment Fees). Example: (Sales - (COGS + Referral Fees + Fulfillment))/Sales.

Impressions: Count of times your ad is shown.

Lifetime Value (LTV) of Customer: The average revenue per customer over a 12 month range based on trailing 12 months.

Months of Supply: The total months of supply on-hand available for sale based on the trailing 30 days of sales. Example: 100,000 units on-hand available for sale with 50,000 units sold in the last 30 days would be 2 months of supply or 100,000/50,000.

Net PPM: Product profitability after cost of goods, vendor funding, and sales discounts are taken into account.

New Customer Sales: The total sales generated within the selected time period from customers that have not purchased from the marketplace account within the trailing 12 months.

New Customer Sales Percentage: The percentage of total sales generated within the selected time period from customers that have not purchased from the marketplace account within the trailing 12 months.

Open Purchase Order Units: Number of units in progress, to be shipped or yet to be received by marketplace.

Referral Fees: Cost of selling on applicable marketplace typically charged as a percentage of retail selling price. Example: Amazon referral fees for Apparel are 15% of retail price.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Amount of revenue that is earned for every dollar spent on a campaign.

Returning Customer Sales: The total sales generated within the selected time period from customers that have purchased from the marketplace account within the trailing 12 months.

Returning Customer Sals Percentage: The percentage of total sales generated within the selected time period from customers that have previously purchased from the marketplace account within the trailing 12 months.

Revenue Penetration % (SnS): The percentage of total sales driven by Subscribe & Save subscriptions within the selected time period.

Sales: Total retail sales for the applicable period of time and channel.

Sellable On-Hand Inventory: Units available for sale within marketplace distribution centers.

Sessions: Total number of customer visits to product pages for the applicable period of time and channel. Please note that if a customer visits multiple pages within 24 hours, the session is counted as 1 session.

Shipped Subscription Units (SnS): Total number of units shipped to Subscribe and Save customers for selected time period.

Subscription not Delivered Due to OOS: Total percentage of active subscriptions not delivered due to out of stock issues.

TACOS: Also known as total advertising cost of sales. Example: $100 spent in Advertising on $1,000 in Sales would be 10% or $100/$1,000.

Units: Total units sold for the applicable period of time and channel.
